Program description: The University of Nevada Biology Department is in the College of Science. The department offers an undergraduate curriculum designed to provide students with up-to-date training in the biological sciences. The curriculum includes a core of courses in the biological and physical sciences and mathematics. Fields of concentration in the department are ecology and evolution and molecular and cellular biology.
