Program description: The Reynolds School of Journalism offers a Master of Arts degree in Interactive Journalism with a focus on environmental issues. The program is targeted at experienced journalists who want to experiment with innovative forms of journalism that better connect citizens and experts in working through tough choices. The professional program is designed to be completed in one year of intensive full-time study.
The environmental focus of the 2006-2007 year was on Lake Tahoe, providing participants with an opportunity to produce innovative journalism on issues related to threats to the environment of one of the deepest, most beautiful and most popular lakes in the continental United States.
