Research Projects
The Academy for the Environment supports multidisciplinary environmental research projects ranging from smaller-scale campus based grants to complex, multi-institution regional projects. Research supported by the Academy for the Environment links programs in science and engineering with arts and humanities and to facilitate the formation of integrated research teams capable of effectively addressing the complex issues that link human and natural systems.
Whether you are an undergraduate student seeking support for an independent study project, a faculty member wishing to develop an innovative course, or a researcher seeking to network with other environmental projects in the region, the Academy for the Environment research mission can help to support you.
