2011 Summer EPSCOR Recipients
Nevada National Science Foundation EPSCoR has awarded scholarships to 16 students to conduct research this summer. Supported by funding from Nevada's NSF EPSCoR Climate Change Program and the State of Nevada, the Undergraduate Research Opportunity solicitation targeted students majoring in science, technology, engineering, math, education, or journalism with a focus on teaching or communicating K-12 science or technology. Approximately half of the proposals selected have a climate change focus.
